1. Return Timeframe:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for any product you purchase from CobbleMountain.com.

2. Eligibility for Return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It should be in the original packaging.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-returnable items:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
