Cobble Mountain products are crafted for lasting performance and supported by a clear, structured warranty policy.
Warranty Coverage
Residential Use
Cobble Mountain products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the date of original purchase when used in residential settings.
Commercial & Hospitality Use
Cobble Mountain products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase when used in commercial, hospitality, spa, or other non-residential environments.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in the following components:
Wood frame structure
Rope and woven seat webbing
Suspension hardware
Cushions and textile construction
Coverage applies under normal use and proper installation conditions.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Prolonged exposure to rain, snow, or high humidity
Rot, mold, or mildew
Damage resulting from improper installation
Damage resulting from improper storage or maintenance
Unauthorized modifications
Environmental exposure and natural aging of materials are not considered defects.
Repair & Replacement
Cobble Mountain products are designed as serviceable systems.
Many components, including webbing, hardware, and textiles, are replaceable.
Where applicable, Cobble Mountain may:
Repair the product
Provide replacement parts
Replace the affected component
Warranty remedies are determined at the sole discretion of Cobble Mountain.
Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
Contact support with proof of purchase
Provide a description of the issue
Submit installation and product photos if requested
Claims are reviewed after documentation is received.
Additional Information
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
